When looking for a floral leash for my sweet girl in her role as flower girl in my wedding, I struggled to find something that was customizable, whimsy, and unique.  I decided to combine my love of flowers (instilled after two years of working for a floral shop), arts & crafts (thanks to years of camp crafts and art lessons with my grandmother), and dogs (yup, I'm the girl who asks to pet your dog) and create my own leash.

 

Thus, Silver Bear Designs was born.

I like the idea of inspiring a smile as they see a furry face coming down the aisle, framed with beautiful flowers.  Being part of a fun doggy maternity shoot.  A holiday card.  A costume.  To be able to be part of life's happy moments; adding a little sunshine to the world.
