How much are your leashes & collars?
- Our leashes start at $65, and our collars start at $55. The final price will vary based on extra details added, flower choice, and size.
I want an exact color/flower. Can you accommodate that?
- We will do our very best to embrace your vision, but we can't guarantee an exact match due to manufacturers' variations, screen color differences, availability etc.
What are your products made of?
- Our leashes and collars are made of cotton rope and cotton thread. Our flowers are faux. We've found that they are sturdier than dried flowers, and last much longer than fresh flowers.
What are your shipping policies?
- Our items are handmade in and shipped from Southern California. We ask that you give us 3-5 business days to create your product, then will be packed and sent to you. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
What's your return/refund policy?
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery arrival date. Because each item is made just for you, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. But, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
